Formulation of active pharmaceutical ingredients into liquid dosage form is frequently limited by solubility issues. Ethanol commonly used as a cosolvent to improve the drugs. Due incomplete expression ethanol metabolizing enzyme in children under 6 years, several drug authorities such WHO, EMA, and FDA recommend avoiding use pediatric formulation whenever possible. In addition that Muslim consumers are regulated halal practice where excessive products should be avoided. Thus, it necessary explore an alternative co-solvent reduce formulation. This study aimed identify safe for using Hildebrand Solubility Parameter approach.
 this study, parameter model drug, MH2011, was determined (HSP). The (δ) MH2011 two approaches. first method measuring maximum drugs binary mixture water 1,4 dioxane. second approach calculating parameters based on Fedor’s group substitution method.
 Using solvent blend, identified approximately 14.0 (cal/cm3 )½. value agreement with result Group which 14. 4 (cal/cm3) ½. With data, alternate substitute explored. studies also suggested propylene glycol 7% v/v may give power those (v/v).
